Sierra 'Cissy' Tarwater
Description:	Sierra is a female form of her older brother, Paul. She has the same black hair and cold blue eyes (though hers can look a little crueler). She is small and pale, but much healthier and stronger than most her family.
Personality:	Cissy is a generally cruel person. She likes jinxes, hexes, and curses best, and tries to teach herself as many as possible. She tries them out on her cat and brother most. Cissy does try to act like a sweet girl, and has her parents believing her, as well as other adults. But for some reason it is hard for her to trick her peers. Probably because she doesn't see much in them. Or Paul says things. If Cissy doesn't like someone she will put some nasty surprise with them. In first year she put itching powder in someone's bed, and has planned on using cockroaches as well.
History:	Cissy is a pureblood with a pretty poor family. Her father was bitten by a werewolf when she was a small child, which is one of the reasons he can't keep his job (even with the potion). Her father is also a very cold man, with only love for his two children and wife. Her mother is a polite woman with a prejudice against Muggle-borns mutual to her husband's. Cissy has an older brother, Paul, whom she enjoys abusing. A family friend has offered to support the Tarwaters and help Mr. Tarwater gain an unpredjudice job in return for Cissy's hand with her son. This is something Cissy is very mad at, and wants out of.
Fear:	Paul fighting back. To become one of those submissive wives.
Desire:	To master every jinx, hex, and curse, and maybe make a few of her own.
