Mia Kerova
Description:	eyes: bright, hazel hair: elbow length, wavy, dark brown with light brown streaks, fairly thick but still managable face: thinned out, small nose, small rectangular glasses, hardly any blemishes, bright and straight teeth skin: golden tan body: very skinny, more on the short side, skinny legs, small feet, small hands, dainty fingers, long fingernails
Personality:	Mia is very friendly but if you mess with her or her friends she can be very defensive. Mia has an unusually cheery disposition and is constantly smiling. Mia tries to always be positive but sometimes her pessimistic side slips out. Should she realize she's being pessimistic, she'll try to put on a smile and start being positive again. Mia doesn't normally hold a grudge but if a situation calls for revenge then she will do her best to right an injustice. She loves meeting new people and making new friends. She is always there to be a listening ear for her friends although she doesn't normally let on how she really feels. Usually Mia will just cover up her anger or sadness with one of her signature bright smiles. Mia tries to be self confident but she is self conscious and likes to be liked by others. She isn't big on making enemies but there are just some people that Mia cannot connect with. Mia has a very sweet personality. Even at home back at Jersey, she always seemed to be the "baby" of the group. Even if Mia is the "baby", she can be one tough kid and it is NOT a good idea to push her over the edge.
History:	Mia is a muggle born witch from New Jersey. She never knew that real magic existed until she got her letter from Sonora Academy. Mia used to pretend that magic was real and would pretend that she caused things to happen when she knew it was purely coincidence. After getting her letter, Mia wasn't so sure those events really were coincidences. Mia has a tough family life although it may not seem that way to others. She has two older brothers, a mother and a father. Mia's parents are constantly fighting with each other and her eldest brother and her younger older brother is a complete jerk with no respect for anyone or anything so that doesn't do anything except add to the fighting. When Mia's family begins to fight, she quickly excuses herself and leaves to her room, unnoticed by the rest of her family. Mia feels that Sonora is a godsend and a safe haven from the fighting at home. Mia loves her family but she just can't stand the constant fighting. Mia has had to keep smiling and make it seem like nothing was wrong. Mia doesn't think she can afford to be upset or her whole family would drift apart. She has gotten so used to having a false smile plastered to her face that she now seems to always be smiling and cheerful. Most of the time Mia really is happy and cheerful but then some of the time, it's just a mask.
Worst Fear:	Mia's worst fear is having everyone against her. She fears being ganged up on and not having anyone on her side to help her.
Greatest Desire:	Mia's greatest desire is to be a famous actress. She says she hates all actors and actresses and anyone famous but it's only because she wishes to be in their place.
Other:	Mia has an oddly inteligent pet cat named Silk that she's had since the cat was just a kitten. She's very close to Silk and she's begun to think that Silk might not be just an ordinary sweet cat. Mia is from New Jersey along with her friend Tori Evans. They are very close friends and only live about two blocks away from each other. They've known each other since pre school and Mia's always been the more sensible one, thinking of the consequence while Tori is quick to do with minimal thinking. That's gotten Tori into a lot of trouble that Mia had to get her out of. Mia is NOT a good two shoes dispite how it may seem at times. She's always been good in class and has gotten near to perfect grades back in Jersey but she's also tried to prove that she can be unperfect. It just never works out the way she plans. She has almost a phobia to not doing well and she begins thinking that a bad grade is a B. She just wants to do her best especially now that she has to prove herself as a muggleborn witch to the stuck up purebloods that think she's a lesser being.
