Alexandria Juliette Stafford

Description:
Alexandria Juliette Stafford, or Lexi, as she likes to be called, is pretty unique looking. She has straight red hair, the kind that makes people refer to her as "carrot-top" or "Annie." She also has aquamarine colored eyes that hide most of her emotions well. Her face, arms, and legs are covered in freckles, a fact that her brothers rejoice in. She could be pretty if she set her mind to it, but, so far, hasn't put much effort into that area, believing that there are far more important things to do.

Personality:
Lexi is basically a goodhearted person. She's a little naive, and she has a highly active conscience, but she will always try to help someone in need of it. In fact, there are usually around 5 different wild animals living in her room, recuperating from some sort of injury. They range from squirrels to bats to, on occasion, wolf cubs and snakes. This disturbs her parents, and they tried to forbid this practice, but, as is almost a rule with redheads, she has an unmovable stubborn streak, and once she has decided on an action, nothing short of a natural disaster will move her. Despite all of this, she is always looking out for anyone who can't look out for themselves, and usually sees beyond the outer image that people give off to see the trouble inside.

History:
Lexi has always been surrounded by her family. Her father is a healer, and a member of an influential Pureblood family in England, while her mother is a rising muggle Broadway actress. She, her twin brother Ben, and their older brother, Patrick, grew up in New York City with their parents, but spend holidays with their paternal family in London. Her father’s family was always prouder of Ben then she, since Ben always seemed more into the magical world then Lexi, but they never were ashamed of their half-blood relatives, to the surprise and discomfort to a few of their severely Pureblood friends. Her mother’s family was less supportive, refusing to have anything to do with that "abomination" to polite society, or magic. However, Lexi didn't know much of this. She grew up in a very sheltered world. She knew little of the prejudices of the magical world, but she knew, almost instinctively, that she might have trouble finding where exactly she fit into the grand scheme of things once she got to school. She has had a few very strange incidents in her life, where she has sensed some unknown danger, particularly on her grandparents' estate in England. She has not met anything yet that would require that fear, but she is always on the lookout for it.

Fear:
Lexi's worst fear is impossible to describe, for she fears the unknown more than anything else. She believes that the hardest thing to do is to prepare oneself for anything and everything, and she hates not knowing what exactly is going on.

Desire:
Lexi's greatest desire is to excel in something, and be known for it. She also wants acceptance by her peers. She has always felt very unsure of where she belongs, since she never quite fit in, and she longs to know what her place really is.
