First to fifth years take all six basic courses in magical theory and practice. Sixth and seventh year students may choose which courses to study, based on what they wish to pursue (and, of course, their marks!). Independent study is an option for students in third year and above - ask the Headmistress for more details. Study hard, listen well. Magic is a dangerous business.
